Gouvernance
L’association est administrée et gérée par un Conseil d’Administration. Celui-ci se compose de 7 à 11 membres. Tous les membres du Conseil d’Administration sont élus par l’Assemblée Générale ordinaire pour une durée de deux ans. Un statut interne établi par le Conseil d’Administration fixe les modalités du renouvellement du Conseil.
The association is administered and managed by a Board of Directors. This consists of 7 to 11 members. All members of the Board of Directors are elected by the Ordinary General Assembly for a period of two years. An internal statute established by the Board of Directors set the terms for the renewal of the Board.
